Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be fully satisfied with your exclusive merchandise, but if your order isn't right, you can return or exchange items within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original, unworn condition with all security tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and include the printed return authorization slip inside the package.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
